Job description

Remote life insurance talent acquisition role focused on high-volume agent recruiting and pipeline execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive 100+ daily outbound touchpoints across cold/warm calls, LinkedIn Recruiter, job board databases, text campaigns, and direct messaging
• Run structured phone interviews to assess sales grit, financial motivation, and cultural fit for independent broker roles
• Maintain clean tracking of pipeline metrics in the company’s CRM/ATS
• Follow up consistently through the full candidate journey, including licensing, carrier contracting, and onboarding, to reduce drop-off
• Source candidates from transferable, high-rejection industries such as door-to-door, D2D pest control, roofing, alarms, and B2C closing

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of proven high-volume recruiting experience (sales, financial services, or commission-based recruiting background strongly preferred)
• Comfort making calls and managing high dial volume daily to keep candidate conversations moving
• Strong numbers-driven mindset and ability to manage time to hit daily recruiting targets (conversion funnel discipline)
• High level of organization and self-management, capable of operating autonomously in a remote setup
• Persuasive verbal communication to pitch an independent brokerage opportunity and move candidates to the next step
• Dedicated, quiet home office with a reliable computer and high-speed internet

Compensation

• Base retainer: USD 2,500 per month (1099 independent contractor pay)
