This entry-level, full-time position offers a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential through commissions. What You’ll Do

• Source, attract, and onboard candidates interested in careers in life insurance, retirement planning, and financial services.
• Develop recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the licensing and onboarding process.
• Partner with branch managers and leadership to meet recruiting goals.
• Build long‑term relationships with recruits, helping them integrate into the team and succeed.
• Promote our company culture and vision of creating financial literacy and generational wealth.
