Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in insurance, employee benefits, health & benefits consulting, professional services, or brokerage environments.
• Proven experience supporting senior-level business leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of filling challenging or niche positions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume requisition load of ~25-35 open positions.
• Recruit for specialized sales and consulting professionals in health & benefits.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Build partnerships with business leaders, HR partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify qualified candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean methods for sourcing.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for qualifications and culture fit.
• Guide hiring managers through candidate selection and hiring decisions.
• Influence senior leaders while managing changing priorities and locations.
• Drive candidate engagement, offers, and hiring outcomes.
• Develop recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning and growth initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to support recruiting efforts for specialized sales and consulting talent within the health and benefits industry. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior business leaders and human resources stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies for highly competitive and niche talent markets.

This role requires a strategic recruiter who can source, engage, and close passive candidates while effectively managing stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume requisition load of approximately 25-35 open positions at any given time.
• Recruit for specialized sales and consulting professionals within the health and benefits sector.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and highly competitive roles.
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders, HR partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify qualified candidates.
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter searches and Boolean methodologies.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Guide hiring managers through candidate selection and hiring decisions.
• Effectively manage changing business priorities, shifting locations, and evolving hiring needs.
• Influence and advise senior leaders while maintaining positive working relationships.
• Drive candidate engagement, offer acceptance, and successful hiring outcomes.
• Develop recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning and business growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within one or more of the following industries:
• Insurance
• Employee Benefits
• Health & Benefits Consulting
• Professional Services
• Brokerage or Agency Environments
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior-level business leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing expertise with a proven record of filling challenging or niche positions.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for health and benefits consulting or sales professionals.
• Background with insurance brokers, consulting firms, agencies, or insurance carriers.
• Exposure to sales recruiting and understanding of consultative sales environments.
• Experience influencing senior executives and providing recruitment market intelligence.
• Prior success sourcing passive candidates for highly specialized positions.
