Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Contract Recruiter in Somerville, MA for a 2-3 month assignment. The role is hybrid (onsite 3 days/week) and will manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and facilities positions.

You will handle high-volume postings in the ATS, source passive candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Hybrid in Somerville, MA (onsite 3 days/week)

Our client, a manufacturing client in Somerville, MA, is looking to hire a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles. This will be a 2-3-month assignment to start, with potential to extend based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide variety of reqs, including manufacturing and facilities positions
• Manage a high volume of job postings and candidate activity in ATS
• Source passive talent through a variety of channels for evergreen and high-priority roles

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong preference for experience recruiting for manufacturing or facilities positions
• Track record of successfully managing multiple reqs in a fast-paced environment
• Greenhouse experience preferred
