Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a contract Recruiter in Charlotte, NC to support high-volume hiring in a fast-paced telecommunications environment. You will partner with managers to attract, assess, and hire across operations, technical, customer support, and corporate roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting for professional, operational, technical, or customer-facing roles.

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS.
• Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline status for leadership updates.
• Create and post compelling job advertisements to attract diverse talent.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Support recruiting projects, workforce planning, and hiring events as needed.

This role will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a variety of operational, technical, customer support, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and can effectively manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting telecommunications, technology, customer operations, or field services organizations.
• Experience utilizing recruiting metrics and workforce data to drive hiring decisions.
• Familiarity with Workday, UKG, or similar ATS platforms.
