Job summary

World Travel Holdings is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter for a short-term, remote engagement (U.S.-based). This approximately 2-month contract position involves collaborating with hiring leaders and HR to identify, attract, and present qualified candidates for corporate and technology roles.

Expected to provide around 30 hours per week, handle full-cycle recruiting, manage ATS records, source candidates, conduct phone screens, and support offers and onboarding.

Overview

World Travel Holdings is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to provide recruiting services in support of a short-term hiring initiative. In this approximately 2-month contract engagement, you will collaborate with hiring leaders and Human Resources to identify, attract, and present qualified candidates for a variety of corporate and technology-related positions. This is a remote, U.S.-based independent contractor (1099/W-9) opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to develop a thorough understanding of assigned openings, including required skills, experience, competencies, and preferred candidate profiles.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Proactively source and engage prospective candidates through a variety of recruiting channels and networks.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements.
• Conduct phone screenings using behavioral-based interviewing techniques and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders.
• Provide a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide candidate market insights and hiring recommendations to support selection decisions.
• Support offer discussions and candidate acceptance activities in partnership with hiring leaders and Human Resources.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to help ensure a smooth transition for newly hired employees.
• Maintain accurate and timely recruiting records and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruiting for corporate and/or technology positions.
• Demonstrated success sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems; iCIMS experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and internet-based recruiting tools.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Capacity to provide recruiting services equivalent to approximately 30 hours per week during the engagement period.

Expected Contract Rate Range: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour. Actual rate will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other business considerations.
