Job summary

World Travel Holdings is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter for a short-term, remote engagement (U.S.-based). This approximately 2-month contract position involves collaborating with hiring leaders and HR to identify, attract, and present qualified candidates for corporate and technology roles.

Expected to provide around 30 hours per week, handle full-cycle recruiting, manage ATS records, source candidates, conduct phone screens, and support offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting for corporate and technology roles.
• Proven success sourcing hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to define openings and candidate profiles.
• Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Source candidates through multiple channels.
• Review resumes and evaluate against requirements.
• Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates.
• Support offers and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruiting records and documentation.
