Job summary

LaSalle Network is hiring a Contract Recruiter to support manufacturing, industrial operations and field service across multiple locations in the United States. This role owns the full recruiting lifecycle, partners with hiring managers, and drives process improvements in a fast-growing environment.

You will source creatively, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build strong relationships with external staffing partners while tracking metrics to boost efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and improvement-driven.
• Experience managing up to ~20 requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple units and locations.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys owning full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving hiring process improvements. As a Contract Recruiter, you’ll help build the teams that keep operations running across manufacturing facilities and field service locations in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple business units and geographic locations.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide recruiting best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external staffing partners and agencies.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
