Job summary

LaSalle Network is hiring a Customer Experience Associate for a growing consumer products organization based in Indianapolis. This onsite, contract-to-hire role focuses on delivering outstanding service by handling inquiries, processing orders, validating inventory, and maintaining accurate records with meticulous attention to detail.

You will collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction, drive operational efficiency, and manage a high volume of tickets while balancing speed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, administration, operations, or support is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
