Are you a detail-oriented professional with a sharp eye for accuracy? We are seeking Contract Proofreaders to support the review of the 2023 Annual Notice of Changes and other critical documents for a large healthcare company!

Position Details

• Location: Remote (must be in EST or CST time zones)
• Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., flexible to work weekends
• Education: High School diploma required
• Experience: 2 years in editing or proofreading, experience with Medicare/Medicaid preferred

Responsibilities

1. Review and proofread Medicare-related communications, including the 2023 Annual Notice of Changes and other documents
2. Use tools such as PDF, Excel, and vendor-specific software for line-by-line proofreading
3. Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with formatting standards
4. Collaborate with the Product Communications team to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

Essential Functions
