Job summary

Window Nation in Highland Hills, OH is seeking a Processing Admin who will report to the Sr. Manager of Administration. You will ensure accurate processing of newly executed sales contracts and enter data into Salesforce with high accuracy.

The role requires strong time management, accurate data entry, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of similar administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews sales contracts for accuracy and inputs data into Salesforce with high accuracy.
• Works with Sales Reps, Sales Managers, and customers on contract addenda and other required paperwork.
• Manages market-specific email inbox and responds in a timely manner.
• Validate, enter financing information into Salesforce and request modifications based on sale changes.
• Enters customer payments and completes daily payment log verifications for all payment methods.
• Proactively monitors various reports and actions until resolution.
• Processes change orders, tracks progress along the pipeline and contacts Sales and customers until completed.
• Collaborates with Accounting Department during month end processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
