Responsibilities

• Reviews sales contracts for accuracy and inputs data into MS Dynamics 365 with high accuracy.
• Works with Sales Reps, Sales Managers, and customers on contract addenda and paperwork.
• Manages market-specific email inbox and responds promptly.
• Validates financing information in MS Dynamics 365 and requests modifications as needed.
• Enters customer payments and completes daily payment log verifications for all methods.
• Monitors reports and follows up to resolution.
• Processes change orders and tracks progress through the pipeline.
• Collaborates with Accounting during month-end processes.
• Assists customers in obtaining HOA approvals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Processing Admin reports to the Sr. Manager of Administration based out of our central operations office in Highland Hills, OH. The Processing Admin is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of newly executed sales contracts. This position requires strong time management skills, accurate data entry skills, and the ability to nurture effective relationships with both internal and external customers. The role will be within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Core Role Responsibilities

• Reviews sales contracts for accuracy and inputs data into MS Dynamics 365 with high accuracy
• Works directly with Sales Reps, Sales Managers, and customers on contract addenda and other required paperwork items to ensure we have all the needed information to approve a sale
• Manages market specific email inbox and responds in a timely manner
• Validate, enter financing information into MS Dynamics 365 and request modifications based on sale changes
• Enters customer payments and completes daily payment log verifications for all payment methods
• Proactively monitors various reports and actions upon when needed until resolution
• Processes change orders, proactively tracks progress along pipeline and contacts Sales and customers until completed
• Collaborates with Accounting Department during month end processes
• Assists customers in obtaining HOA approvals
• Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ year of similar administrative support experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
• Customer-centric mindset
• Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environment
• Home Improvement/Construction industry experience is a plus

$21.25 - $21.25 an hour
