Qualifications

• Two years of payroll experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
• Proficient in UltiPro.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll for employees across multiple states.
• Review payroll data submitted by managers for accuracy, enter and reconcile payroll information.
• Review and process employee lifecycle changes (new hires, status changes, terminations).
• Compile and enter payroll data (hours worked, PTO, taxes, insurance, deductions).
• Verify employee information and reflect changes in payroll (promotions, terminations, bonuses).
• Assist in training managers on payroll systems and processes.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve payroll discrepancies for management updates.
• Participate in month-end closing activities and payroll audits.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and wage/hour laws.
• Stay current on payroll legislation and best practices.
