You will handle multiple small to medium accounts, ensure accurate order entry, and maintain timely communications to support on-time deliveries using KIWI and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of customer relations experience, with 1+ year in an industry-related role.
• Strong data entry and detailed record-keeping abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and email apps.
• Able to work onsite in a manufacturing environment and collaborate with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers about order status, quotes, changes, and questions.
• Enter orders accurately and ensure timely processing in the system.
• Estimate orders and verify quantities, pricing, and delivery needs.
• Coordinate material purchases and production scheduling with internal teams.
• Process purchase orders and maintain updated customer records.
• Coordinate credits and adjustments promptly and accurately.
• Utilize KIWI and MS Office to track data and prepare reports.
• Support sales, manufacturing, and shipping to meet on-time deliveries.
• Perform general administrative tasks and maintain customer documentation.
