Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments from order prep to delivery. The role collaborates with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and other internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with export regulations.

Ideal candidates have hands-on logistics experience, ERP proficiency, and strong communication and documentation skills. This is an onsite, contract role based in Sheboygan Falls, WI, with a pay range of $17.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in shipping/logistics or traffic coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation including invoices and export documents.
• Arrange transportation with carriers and monitor shipment status to resolve issues.
• Generate and verify shipping labels and documentation for outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and transport files for audit purposes.
• Reconcile shipping invoices and assist in resolving billing discrepancies.
