Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks a Director of Contract Management to lead the contract management function within the Legal Department from its Houston office. The role focuses on strategy, lifecycle governance, and post-execution support rather than negotiations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in contract management, with leadership experience, and advanced knowledge of CLM systems and commercial terms. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in contract management, with at least 3 years leading a team.
• Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or CPCM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk allocation, and commercial terms.
• Experience with construction or EPC contracts and CLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, staff, and lead the contract management group within the Legal Department.
• Establish strategy, framework, and SOPs for the full contract lifecycle.
• Coordinate intake, review, and administration of customer and vendor agreements.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, notices, and compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Risk, and Business Development.
• Track metrics and report to Legal and executive leadership.
• Train stakeholders on contract policies and requirements.
