Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, is seeking a Business Operations Lead in Houston, TX to drive strategic priorities into actionable plans. This role partners with the President and VP, Transformation to align initiatives across Preconstruction, Engineering, Sales, Project Management, IT, and Transformation while scaling the operating model for growth.

You will manage execution rhythm, define owners and milestones, and report on risk, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in a chief of staff, business operations, or integrator role.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable operational plans across multiple divisions.
• Experience with matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, HR, supply chain, IT, and more.
• Experience running structured operating systems (EOS/Traction, OKRs) with goal setting and scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into clear, owner-assigned plans with milestones and success measures.
• Triage requests across the business, balancing operational needs with transformation goals.
• Scale operating model, processes, and systems to support growth.
• Standardize cross-divisional handoffs and reduce friction across lifecycle stages.
• Maintain leadership rhythm with reporting, cadence, and decision tracking.
• Identify gaps and drive fixes through the appropriate owner.
