Job summary

Dashiell Corporation, part of Quanta Services, seeks a Director of Contract Management to lead the contract management function within Legal. Based in Houston, TX, you will set strategy and governance for contracts from intake to closeout, and support operations, procurement, and finance with risk management and compliance.

You will build a strong team, implement CLM tools, and partner with executives to optimize contract performance and reduce exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 10+ years in contract management with 3+ years leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk allocation, and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Build, staff, and lead the contract management group within Legal.
• Develop strategy, framework, and SOPs for full lifecycle contracts.
• Coordinate intake, review, and administration of all agreements.
• Oversee contract administration, amendments, change orders, and closures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, Procurement, Finance, Risk, and BD.
