Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, is seeking a Business Operations Lead in Houston, TX to translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience (4 years = Bachelor's).
• 4 years of experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree or more is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities from the President and VP, Transformation into clear, actionable plans with defined owners, milestones, and measures of success.
• Triage and prioritize competing requests and initiatives across the business, balancing day-to-day needs against transformation priorities.
• Lead the effort to scale Dashiell’s operating model, organizational structure, and systems to support growth.
• Partner with division leaders to standardize and document processes, strengthen handoffs, and remove cross-functional friction.
• Support the President’s operating rhythm with meeting cadence, follow-through, and decision tracking.
• Maintain visibility into priorities, scorecards, and initiatives across divisions, surfacing risks and blockers.
