Qualifications

• 15+ years of legal experience in contract review and litigation support.
• Architecture/engineering design professionals experience preferred.
• Experience with CLM software, AI tools, and document repositories.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Creates, reviews, and edits contracts, proposals, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identifies and escalates potential legal, financial, and operational risks before contract execution.
• Coordinates and supports contract reviews and negotiations by tracking redlines and ensuring terms comply with policies and risk requirements.
• Administers and monitors contract lifecycles by managing intake, CLM systems, and milestones/dates.
• Acts as central point of contact for internal reviews, coordinating with legal, finance, and project teams and external stakeholders.
• Assists with claims and litigation matters by facilitating internal processing and liaising with outside counsel.
