Job summary

CTC Group is seeking Contract Maintenance Professionals for SETA positions to support the Government by drafting modifications to contract documents, tracking funding, and reporting contractor performance for compliance. The role requires analysis of costs and schedules and coordination with CORs and GCMs.

Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI clearance, advanced Excel skills, and experience in contract management and financial systems such as FACTS and CMIS.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance on programs/contracts.
• Experience with NSA financial management interfaces (FACTS, CMIS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update burn rates and track funding runout dates.
• Review invoices per BM&A Guide and report discrepancies.
• Draft modifications to existing Technical Task Orders (TTOs).
• Prepare TTO/Delivery Order funding tables and de-obligation forms.
• Track funding, costs, and outlays against goals and plans.
• Identify cost overruns/underruns and track award fee pools.
