Job summary

CTC Group, headquartered near Fort Meade, seeks Contract Maintenance Professionals for SETA roles to aid the Government in drafting contract modifications, tracking costs, and monitoring contractor performance for compliance. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Experience tracking programs/projects/contracts in cost, schedule, and performance.
• Experience using NSA financial management interfaces (FACTS/CMIS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update burn rates and conduct burn rate analysis.
• Review invoices per BM&A Desk Guide and contract clauses; report discrepancies to GCM.
• Draft modifications to TTOs and refine requirements with COR-T to ensure contract scope.
• Prepare TTO/Delivery Order funding tables and de-obligation forms.
• Track funding against DoD/BM&A goals and monitor spend plans.
• Analyze contract costs and estimates for alignment with CM guidance.
• Identify cost overruns/underruns and track award fee pools.
