Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak periods is required; strong English is essential.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
Strong English proficiency
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop)
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors is a plus

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards
Build client relationships through styling and product expertise
Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
Source new customers and follow up to close sales
Maintain a high energy floor presence and support daily store operations
Perform cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
