Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Guide to Style.
• Provide personalized styling and product knowledge to clients.
• Achieve personal and store KPIs through upselling and cross-selling.
• Process transactions accurately and assist with daily store operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock organization.
• Support brand initiatives and training programs.
