Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a front-line ambassador, delivering a personalized shopping experience and achieving store goals. You will support daily store operations and blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling to build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, managing POS transactions, and collaborating with teammates. A 1+ year luxury retail background and strong English are preferred; flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency for EU.

Aufgaben

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow policies and asset protection.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Assist teammates in required areas and foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities.
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
