Job summary

Preferred Reports is seeking experienced Insurance loss control consultants to perform interior and exterior inspections as contracted vendors. You will conduct interviews, surveys, measurements, and produce detailed reports for risk assessment in a nationwide network.

Vendors must provide own equipment, reliable transportation, and be available for site visits. Reports are submitted via a cloud system, with weekly payments upon order completion.

Qualifications

• Experience completing interior/exterior residential loss control surveys and reports.
• Ability to meet hard due dates with minimum supervision.
• Detail oriented and well organized with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email and/or phone.
• Complete physical inspections of properties as required by the carrier.
• Take clear digital photos of properties.
• Identify and document hazards/controls found at the property.
• Complete on-site management interviews regarding the property, as required.
• Upload report/photos through a cloud-based system by the deadline.
