Job summary

Tailor Ridge Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to own the day-to-day servicing of a growing loan portfolio. You will oversee onboarding, draw processing, payoff statements, payment posting, reconciliations, and occasional direct borrower contact with a hands-on approach and opportunities to shape how work gets done.

This role requires 2+ years of loan servicing experience, proficiency with The Mortgage Office (TMO), and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of loan servicing experience.
• Hands-on experience with The Mortgage Office (TMO) is required.
• Strong attention to detail; payoffs, draws, and postings must be correct on first pass.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
• Self-starter able to work independently and know when to escalate.
• Experience with construction lending or QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process construction draw requests and maintain draw records.
• Prepare and issue payoff statements.
• Manage payment posting, ACH batches, and borrower requests.
• Perform reconciliations between servicing system and accounting records.
• Handle loan setup and ongoing data entry with accuracy.
• Field borrower questions on balances, payments, statements, and portal access.
• Support month-end close and internal reporting.
• Identify gaps and help build cleaner processes and workflows.
