Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Contract Legal Recruiter embedded with our recruiting team to scale the legal, regulatory, and federal proposal talent necessary for growth and deployment. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, partnering with General Counsel and business leadership.

This 6-month contract requires 5+ years in legal recruiting, strong stakeholder management, and experience with ITAR/EAR, GovCon, and defense contracting. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, full‑cycle recruiting focused on legal and regulatory roles.
• Experience with ITAR/EAR, GovCon, and defense contracting recruiting is preferred.
• Proven ability to assess legal competencies and fit for fast‑paced teams.
• Strong stakeholder relations with Legal leadership and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and competency assessments for legal roles.
• Source and engage passive candidates using professional networks and campaigns.
• Partner with General Counsel to define role requirements and value propositions.
• Drive a diverse talent pipeline with a strong candidate experience.
• Represent Anduril’s brand, strategy, and impact to the market.
• Leverage market insights to sell Anduril’s value to top legal talent.
