Anduril Industries is seeking a specialized Contract Legal Recruiter to join our recruiting team on a 6‑month contract. You will attract and hire legal, regulatory, compliance, and federal proposal talent, collaborating with Legal leadership to deliver strategic growth while scaling our fast‑moving programs.

You will build diverse pipelines, engage passive candidates, and own the recruiting lifecycle from outreach to offer in a highly autonomous, collaborative setting. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct, full-cycle recruiting focused on legal/regulatory roles.
• Experience assessing legal capabilities (contract drafting, regulatory risk).
• Proven stakeholder relationships with general counsel and leadership.
• Consultative guidance on market conditions and candidate expectations.
• Clear communication to understand motivation and cultural fit.
• Experience managing multiple legal candidate funnels via an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments of legal roles.
• Target and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Partner with Legal Leadership to define role requirements and value propositions.
• Drive a diverse pipeline and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Represent Anduril's brand, scale, and financial impact internally and externally.
• Leverage market insights to craft recruitment strategies for top talent.
