Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a contract Real Estate, Facilities, & EHS Recruiter to scale hiring for high-priority legal, regulatory, compliance, and federal proposals talent. You will work closely with Legal and Business Affairs to develop strategy and deliver on ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.

This 6-month contract role focuses on recruiting senior EH&S, EPC, and manufacturing safety talent, partnering with operations leadership to define role

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience focused on EH&S, EPC, or manufacturing safety roles.
• Proven ability to evaluate safety capabilities (OSHA compliance, EPA regulations, industrial hygiene, incident investigations).
• Experience managing relationships with EH&S directors, plant managers, and operations leaders.
• Ability to advise leadership on market conditions and salary expectations to improve hiring outcomes.
• Clear communication to evaluate candidate motivations, safety philosophies, and cultural fit.
• Experience sourcing strategies between technical office/engineering roles and hands-on site operations.
• Highly autonomous but deeply collaborative in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments of EH&S managers, environmental engineers, industrial hygienists, site safety specialists, and facilities/maintenance technicians.
• Engage passive EH&S talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and specialized networks and associations.
• Collaborate with operations, facilities, and safety leadership to define role requirements and craft value propositions for EH&S professionals.
• Drive a diverse talent pipeline into the organization while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Represent the company’s brand internally and externally, articulating our safety model and manufacturing scale.
• Leverage market insights to build strategic outreach campaigns that sell our value proposition to top-tier safety talent.
