Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Contract Legal Recruiter to scale our legal, regulatory, and defense-related talent. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, collaborating with Legal leadership to build high-impact pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

This 6-month contract offers equity grants and comprehensive benefits. You will be part of a small, high-impact recruiting team that supports critical business growth and global deployment efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience focused on legal/regulatory roles.
• Experience evaluating legal capabilities (contract drafting, regulatory risk, GovCon procurement) against requirements.
• Experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships, esp. with general counsel and proposal/capture teams.
• Consultative guidance on market conditions, talent availability and expectations in the defense-legal space.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments of potential legal talent.
• Target passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and networks.
• Partner with Legal Leadership to define role requirements and craft compelling value propositions.
• Drive a diverse talent pipeline with a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Represent Anduril's brand and recruiting team internally and externally, articulating our business model and scale.
• Leverage market insights to articulate value proposition to top-tier legal talent.
