Anduril Industries is hiring a Contract Real Estate, Facilities, & EHS Recruiter to join our recruiting team. You will attract and hire top legal, regulatory, compliance, and federal proposal talent, partnering with Legal and Business Affairs leaders to scale our capabilities.

The role focuses on sourcing for EH&S, EPC, and manufacturing safety roles, building strategic outreach, and delivering a fast, high-impact candidate experience within a diverse, safety-critical environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience focused on EH&S, EPC, or manufacturing safety roles.
• Experience evaluating safety capabilities (OSHA, EPA, industrial hygiene, incident investigation, safety management systems).
• Experience managing relationships with EH&S leaders to calibrate profiles and report pipeline.
• Advising leadership on market conditions, salary expectations, and hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments for EH&S roles.
• Engage passive EH&S talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and networks.
• Define role requirements with leadership and craft compelling value propositions.
• Drive diverse talent pipelines with an excellent candidate experience from outreach to offer.
