Job summary

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is hiring a Knowledge Management Specialist for a 6-month contract in Plano, Texas. You will help Toyota employees find, trust, and reuse critical business knowledge by improving structure, governance, and searchability across AKARI, My Toolbox, and SharePoint-based sources.

You will collaborate with AKARI stakeholders and site owners to support lifecycle management and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Business Administration, Information Systems/Management, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, intranet management, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, pages, libraries, lists, metadata, views, permissions, navigation, web parts, and content lifecycle settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge management practices aligned with business needs.
• Improve findability and content quality across AKARI and My Toolbox.
