Job summary

Insight Global in Tampa is seeking IT support professionals for a 12-Month Contract through 10/1/2027 to join a fast-paced team. You will provide a mix of workstation deployment, desktop support, service desk support, mobile device assistance, and basic A/V support.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of IT support experience, demonstrates excellent customer service, and can troubleshoot across hardware, software, and connectivity. After-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

1–2 years IT support or service desk experience.
Experience with workstation setup, deployment, imaging, or troubleshooting.
Experience supporting hardware, software, mobile devices, and A/V support.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and end-user devices.
Configure, deploy, and support Windows-based workstations.
Perform device imaging, setup, deployment, and replacement activities.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and performance issues.
Support mobile devices and related technologies.
Respond to and resolve technical support requests in person and through ticketing systems.
Deliver a high level of customer service while supporting business users.
Participate in workstation refreshes, technology rollouts, and other IT initiatives.
Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
