Easterns Automotive Group seeks a meticulous Settlement Clerk to support our multi-location pre-owned vehicle operations. You will handle retail installment contracts, warranties, and daily logs, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Exhibit excellent customer service skills with professionalism and courtesy.
• Operate independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently printing, signing, and elucidating Retail Installment Contracts along with aftermarket warranties and products.
• Analyzing, evaluating, and understanding company policies to ensure departmental compliance.
• Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with teammates to achieve shared objectives.
• Responding promptly and appropriately to all corporate emails.
• Updating and maintaining daily logs using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Applying practical understanding to execute instructions and manage tasks; addressing problems with effective solutions.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and organized work environment.
