Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Contracts Clerk to support contract processing and DMV-related tasks in a dealership environment. The role emphasizes accuracy in accounts payable/receivable, contract maintenance, and collaboration with the bank and management.

The ideal candidate has dealership office experience, strong numbers, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a professional workplace.

Qualifications

• Dealership experience preferred.
• One year of experience in a business office with general accounting responsibilities.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile all car deals and maintain contracts.
• Receives and processes all stages of the contracts.
• Reviews data, warranty and contracts for accuracy and completed information.
• Reconciles statement and ledger and ensures payments are consistent with set schedules.
• Prints, analyzes, and distributes reports as requested by management.
• Ensures that all accounting transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
