Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Two years HR work experience including at least 12 months recruitment.
• Strong writing, grammar, and documentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat).
• Maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Must be able to drive when required (Oregon driver's license).

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process from requirements to offers.
• Create, manage, track, and edit recruitments in an applicant tracking software.
• Advertise recruitments on platforms like LinkedIn, Craigslist, Indeed, etc.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities with documents and records.
• Support off-boarding processes including exit interviews and records.
• Coordinate performance evaluations with managers and training teams.
• Cross-train to answer HR questions and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain personnel files and ensure accurate record processing.
