Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting or a fast-paced administrative environment
• Experience working in a corporate environment preferred
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, social media, direct sourcing, and job boards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage heavy workloads and confidential information

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting across a range of roles - corporate, sales, engineering, and field technician, building a strong candidate pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers to evaluate applicants against job requirements
• Post and maintain job ads across boards, ensuring brand and compliance
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding for selected candidates
• Serve as main point of contact between candidates and hiring managers
• Source top talent through multiple channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal ATS, career fairs
• Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time to hire
• Represent the company at career fairs to build pipeline and employer brand
• Maintain relationships with contractor/agency partners to manage contracts
• Ensure recruitment complies with regulations
• Handle administrative duties supporting recruiting functions
• Maintain reliable attendance and collaborate with the team
• Perform other duties as assigned
