Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles. The position is flexible for part-time or full-time work and targets someone with 3–5 years of recruiting experience, who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.

You will create and post job ads, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain recruiting records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or another technical industry is a plus.
• Paycor experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online job boards.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions.
• Create, post, and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms.
• Source and screen qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.
• Assist with onboarding and other HR-related projects as needed.
