Job summary

ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. in Independence, OH seeks a Recruiter/HR Specialist to support company-wide talent acquisition and onboarding. You will partner with branch leaders to identify staffing needs, screen candidates, and coordinate hiring processes, while maintaining records and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years HR-related experience, esp. recruitment/advertising/sourcing.
• 2+ years HRIS experience; UKG Pro and BI reporting preferred.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, initiative, and prioritization.
• Discretion with confidential candidate/employee information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch admins and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Develop ads, review applications, conduct initial interviews, shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate communications, interviews, and selection with leaders.
• Prepare offer letters and pre-employment checks.
• Launch onboarding paperwork in HRIS, administer E-Verify, orient new hires.
• Maintain recruiting/HRIS records with confidentiality and retention rules.
• Assist with EEO-1 and VETS-4212 reports and compliance.
• Support HR team with reports, communications, and special projects.
• Assist HR team with additional duties as needed.
