Job summary

AMIkids is seeking a Contract and Grant Manager to review, analyze, and manage contracts and grants, ensuring compliance throughout award and post-award phases. The role collaborates across departments to meet deliverables, preparing reports and maintaining documentation for stakeholders.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of contract/grant experience, with strong MS Office skills. Paralegal experience is a plus, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in contract compliance.
• 2+ years of professional experience in contract/grant preparation, management, or compliance monitoring.
• Knowledge of federal reporting requirements (e.g., Uniform Guidance) preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Paralegal designation or law firm experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract terms and provisions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide guidance on contract policies, procedures, or compliance matters across departments.
• Assist in proposal planning and administration of new and current contracts/grants.
• Track approvals and signature processes and maintain contract/grant files.
• Prepare and submit required reports and maintain stakeholder communications.
