Job summary

AMIkids, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Contract and Grant Manager to review, analyze, and manage contracts and grants during award and post-award phases, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to meet project deliverables and prepare reports for stakeholders. The role requires drafting and submitting documentation, tracking approvals, and maintaining contract files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or a degree with relevant contract compliance experience.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in contract/grant preparation, management, or compliance monitoring.
• Knowledge of federal reporting requirements (e.g., Uniform Guidance) preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Paralegal designation or law firm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and manage contracts and grants during award and post-award.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on contract policies and compliance matters.
• Participate in proposal planning and administration of contracts/grants.
• Track approvals, signatures, and post-award activity including audits.
• Communicate requirements to team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure contract compliance in programs.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on time for funders.
