Job summary

AMIkids, Inc. seeks a Contract and Grant Manager in Tampa to review, analyze, and manage contracts and grants from award through post-award.

You will ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, collaborating across departments to meet deliverables and reporting requirements. The role involves guiding contract policies, coordinating approvals, and maintaining rigorous documentation, audits, and renewals while supporting program start-up activities and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required, or related experience.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in contract/grant preparation, management, or compliance monitoring.
• Knowledge of federal reporting requirements (e.g., Uniform Guidance) preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and manage contracts and grants during award and post-award.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide guidance on contract policies and compliance matters.
• Prepare and submit accurate, on-time reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain contract/grant files and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Programs and Operations teams for implementation and renewal.
• Support quality improvement reviews and audits as needed.
