Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role with presenting to potential clients and negotiating direct sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of the Fire Alarm Industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; fire protection focus a plus.
• Business-to-Business sales experience.
• Bid market sales experience.
• Must satisfy state, federal and customs background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Selling New Construction, Retro-fit, Fire Alarm System Monitoring and Tenant Improvement fire alarm work in the Dallas area market.
• Prospect and develop new customers and up-sell / multi-line development of services.
• Provide and negotiate pricing for fire alarm contract sales.
• Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact and follow-up sales.
• Report progress and supply metrics to operations and corporate teams weekly and monthly.
• Participate in product demonstrations and events to increase sales and company image.
