Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Contract Fire Alarm and Service Sales Representative to drive new business and protect existing accounts in the Dallas area.

The role focuses on selling fire alarm systems, monitoring, retrofit and tenant improvements, with emphasis on proposal, pricing, and negotiations, plus reports to leadership. Candidates should have 3+ years in sales in fire protection, strong presentation skills, and knowledge of the fire alarm industry;

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; fire protection services are a plus.
• Experience presenting to potential clients and negotiating in direct sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of the Fire Alarm Industry.

Responsibilities

• Sell New Construction, Retrofit, Fire Alarm System Monitoring and Tenant Improvement work in the Dallas area market.
• Prospect and develop new customers, business and customer development, including up-selling and multi-line services.
• Provide and negotiate pricing for fire alarm contract sales.
• Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact.
• Report progress and metrics to operation and corporate teams weekly and monthly.
• Participate in special product demonstrations and events to increase sales and enhance the company’s image.
• Experience in Service and Inspection sales is a plus.
• Candidate must have experience presenting to potential clients and negotiating direct sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of the Fire Alarm Industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a focus on fire protection services being a plus.
• Business to Business Sales experience.
• Bid Market sales experience.
• Must be able to satisfy State, Federal and Customs background check requirements.
