Handshake is seeking a Support Specialist, Contractor to assist employers, students, and career services users. The role involves high-volume, technical email and phone support for diverse customers including large brands, and a path to extension or conversion after evaluation.

You will work 40 hours per week during business hours, handling complex inquiries, and collaborating with Support and Product teams to improve the customer experience while keeping response and resolution times strong.

Qualificações

• Experience providing technical enterprise support.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and bugs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide email and phone support to Handshake customers during business hours.
• Resolve questions, bugs, feedback, and inquiries via tickets daily.
• Coordinate with Support, Success, and Product teams to improve the user experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers and document actionable insights.
