This is a fully remote, temporary opportunity expected to last approximately 5-6 weeks, with a target start date as soon as possible. Candidates must be available during core business hours of 9:00 AM-3:00 PM Central Time.
The Contract Document Management Specialist will support a high-volume project focused on organizing, validating, and migrating executed agreements from legacy network drives into a designated document management platform. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys highly organized, detail-intensive work and can independently manage electronic records while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency. The specialist will follow established records management procedures while identifying discrepancies, resolving routine document issues, and escalating items requiring additional clarification.
This position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $32-$38 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits information will be provided during the interview process, as applicable to the temporary assignment.
