Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service, operations, or related business support roles.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze customer orders and requests, interpret requirements and translate them into SAP processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and resolve non-routine issues.
• Identify and monitor shipping, billing holds, discrepancies, or service risks and take corrective action.
• Resolve accounts receivable issues by coordinating with Finance.
• Develop and review customer quotations and ensure pricing terms align with policy.
• Review purchase orders for compliance and authorize SAP entries.
• Analyze inventory usage trends and prepare replenishment and min/max recommendations.
• Interpret company policies and recommend changes to improve service.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Compliance teams.
• Manage quality notifications, returns, and regulatory risk handling.
• Support continuous improvement to workflows and service models.
