UniFirst is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for an 18-month contract position to cover a leave of absence. You will serve as a liaison between customers and the company, working a 5-day week with weekends off and on-the-job training.

You will assist customers by answering questions in person or via email, perform AR duties, support the Sales Department, and handle data entry and administrative tasks as part of a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Accounts receivable experience encouraged.
• High School diploma or GED recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions via telephone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: call on outstanding accounts, process credits/exchanges, resolve conflicts.
