Job summary

AgCall Inc. seeks Associates for crop protection sales to drive demand among retailers, distributors, and network professionals within assigned territory. You will build relationships, promote a new biological product, and gather market feedback.

The role involves day travel, independent work, and adherence to sales goals. Training is provided, with a base hourly wage plus bonuses and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have experience selling crop protection products to retailers.
• Willingness to travel day trips to meet retailers/distributors.
• Able to work independently within territory and meet sales goals.
• Strong record-keeping and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop market with Retailers to grow awareness and demand.
• Visit targeted retailers to promote the product and build relationships.
• Enter customer and sales data into tracking system promptly.
• Explain agronomics, programs, and product offerings to retailers.
• Gather retailer feedback on similar products and current programs.
